Increase in racing participation!

The love for sailing - particularly favorable conditions in the Gulf of Vassiliki - as well as the beauty of the region, were also the challenges that brought athletes from 12 European countries to participate in the Water Sports Festival held from 28th June till 3rd of July, in South Lefkada.

The entries exceeded all expectations - despite the financial crisis affecting Europe - exceeding 120 crews from Greece, Great Britain, Sweden, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Ireland and France while there were participations from Australia!
